Jambalaya

Ingredients

~1lb               Chicken Breasts

1 pack           Andouille Sausage

12 oz.           Shrimp, Frozen, Small, Cooked, Peeled, Tails-Off

1 box            Zatarain’s Jambalaya

2 cans           Diced Tomatoes

1 box            Chicken Stock

1                           Onion, Diced

1                           Bell Pepper, Diced

2 stalks         Celery, Diced

1 Tbs             Cajun Seasoning

½ Tsp            Parsley

 

 

Process

1)     Dice up chicken, sausage, and veggies.  Put everything except the shrimp in the crockpot.

2)     Stir it all up and cook on high for about 3 hours.

3)    Stir in frozen shrimp and cook for about another 30 minutes until shrimp is heated up.
